Having trouble with your product?

All exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of original purchase. Cannabis and concentrate sales are final.

All items must be returned with original receipt and in new condition in original packaging (No Exceptions). A product cannot be returned if it has been consumed, or damage is a result of misuse or accident.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be delivered at no additional cost. All exchange items must be returned in the original packaging, when your replacement arrives.
