Having trouble with your product?

Blue Bird Delivery stands behind all of the brands in stock. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send out a fresh replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost.  Return the item in its original packaging to your delivery driver when your replacement product arrives.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of original purchase
  • Product must be returned in new or lightly used condition *with original packaging*
  • Product cannot be returned if damage is a result of misuse, or consumption
